PKG Equipment provides a wide variety of liners and coatings for numerous industrial applications. Our coatings and liners department includes a trained staff in the application of Koroseal, Rhino Linings, titanium lining, lead lining, plastisol coating and numerous other coatings.
Our plastic fabrication department fabricates rigid drop-in tank liners from various thermoplatics. We also supply flexible drop-in liners for tanks, sumps, pits and floor trenches.
PKG Equipment has both shop and field lining capabilities.
Note:
These materials may be used for primary or secondary containment. Secondary containment is for periodic exposure to drips and spills. Any period greater than 24 hours should be considered primary containment. Consult the factory for specific applications.
When considering the chemical resistance of any coating or liner materials, it is important to take into account several factors. These factors might include temperature extremes and cycling, pressure extremes and cycling, exposure duration and mechanical stress. Combinations of chemicals and stress can negatively impact materials causing stress cracking and reduced life of the liner or coating.
